our sweet baine has finally kicked his six week cold. finally. to celebrate his recovery he has slept like a dream for his mama the past two nights. monday night he slept from 9:30pm to 5:30am and last night he slept from 9:30pm to 6:30am. i was wondering how and why such a chubby baby was needing to wake in the middle of the night to eat. i'm pretty sure it was the cold all of those times and since the food was ready and available he was down. this has worked out perfectly however, he is now a fat and happy little man.
his siblings continue to be obsessed with him. julia carries him around everywhere and has her secret tricks for making him giggle. emilia can't contain herself when she gets close to him and while clenching her teeth pinches his little cheeks(a little too hard). rockwell loves to give him kitty kisses on the head and say to him, 'hi baney, hi baney poos, hi' on and on. i can usually tell when rock has been around him because his hair is nicely plastered to his head with spit. gross.
mr. baine is such a dreamboat.
p.s. emerson graduates in 5 1/2 weeks and i am starting to get sad. real sad. i am going to miss this place and phase of our life.

Cia, I'd love to be where you are. But we are still 2 years from the start of dental school. ugh. Oh well, we'll just enjoy it as it comes.

baine is a champ. i can't believe he slept through all of that annoying chatter last night. ps-i'm starting to get real sad too.
What a little chubby ball of cuteness. So Emilia with the cheeks, that reminds me so much of Kaisa. She nuts about cheeks. Cangrats on graduating Cia, that's an accomplishment for all of you!
